Rude pizza maker, has a tone while handing out orders Well hello, so I assume you were in the store when everything happend. It would have been a mature decision from your end to step up to address the issue right there and then, but here you are without any valid proof of saying that I "mishandled and nearly dropped customers order" and defending the completely unnecessary action of your employee. I had placed my pizza bag on the counter and held the bag with both my hands, as I opened the bag the order was placed right inside and your employee said "you will bend the pizza" as I angled the bag slightly upwards so that it would have been easier for him to place it there. Now what he said and what you are saying are completely different things. If you would like to prove me wrong then can you kindly share a video footage of the scenario happening and if it shows that I almost dropped the order then I would happily apologize and delete this review. Wow and thank you dosn't do enough! I was at the vet across from them and locked my keys in my car. I asked to sit and wait inside, and they immediate came outside to try to see if they can open it for me. 3 wonderful gentleman all trying to help. They weren't able to get it but we're more than friendly and kind to let me sit inside and wait for my partner with my spares, for over an hour! I ordered pizza and fries afterwards as my family hadn't eat and they made sure I knew I wasn't obligated to order anything, however a business so kind and friendly is rare these days so of course!
