VERY RUDE SERVICE - went to Bings last night with my parents which are older. The service was terrible. We asked if they could change the channel to the NHL hockey game and the waitress (SHEA) rudely said to us "THERE IS NO HOCKEY GAME ON TONIGHT" we politely said "yes there is on CBC" so then another waitress went over to the TV and she found a game which we said "oh no not that game" (it was a collage game) and she snapped back and said " YEAH THANKS I KNOW" and then the 2 of them chirped back in forth about "oh guess I don't know how to use the tv" (very rudely ) then the waitress found the game, and we said to her "THANK YOU VERY MUCH" and she did smile back and say Your welcome ... and then when our food was ready and the waitress (SHEA) brought it to us she drops it on the table, we said thank you to her and she said nothing back,....SHE WAS SO RUDE... and it was not like it was busy in there, there was 3 other people in there besides ourselves, and the one gentlemen had to wait for about 5 min before he even was given cutlery. (again waitress was SHEA) He was trying to get their attention and all she seemed to be interested in was visiting with her co worker I have been around Bing's for a very long time, longer then these 2 waitress that...

• While the the service is excellent, annnd the establishment's atmosphere can be quite old and a biiit dated.
• On the other hand, the food can be a bit of a mixed bag, on one part, I do quite enjoy their fried rices (mushroom and shrimp were my go-to's at the time), and I'm a sucker for their springrolls, fried shrimp and their pineapple chicken
Buuut on the other part, some of their western cuisines aren't exactly their finests, such as their chicken burger can either be a little sloppy or worst case scenario soggy.
• the breakfast here as well, waaaas okay at best, nothing mindblowing buut enough to get you tide over for the remainder of the morning til lunch time
Overall, it's not a terrible Chinese restaurant, but it's shown it's age quite a bit, but at the very least, the prices are...

They could add a few things to the menu like Singapore Noodles. Sometimes when we can't get thru we end up ordering from Bings Spruce Grove, what the hell, if I have to drive in from out in the country it doesn't make much difference.... Also Bings Stony Plain what's with closing on Sundays, that is when family groups get together and want to order take out, which we do real often. That is another reason we order from Spruce Grove Bings. Why not close on the Mondays like a lot of restaurants do? Other persons in Stony Plain say that you don't offer skip the dishes either, although that doesn't affect...
