I used to go here frequently for their slices during my break at work, and their old manager was amazing! Food was always fresh and made correctly. This was the second time now under new management that I’ve ordered and been disappointed. We ordered two pizzas (which includes two free garlic dips), wings (which includes garlic bread) and two extra Blue Cheese dips The wings were great, no complaints there. The pizzas however, were just “meh”. I ordered through online and one of my pizzas wasn’t made correctly, they both tasted like nothing, little sauce, and the toppings stopped about an inch before the crust. The also sent us 4 garlic dips because they don’t have Blue Cheese (even though it’s on the menu). If you don’t have something CALL and ask what the customer would like instead, don’t assume that for some reason I’d want 4 of the same dip. When I called to ask for a replacement pizza and different dips, the girl that answered the phone said she had to ask the owner if they could fix my order and that she’d call me back. I waited over two hours from my original order for the new pizza and like I said, it still tasted like nothing. TL:DR Teach your staff how to handle customer complaints, and how to properly top a pizza and spread the toppings to the crust. Read moreAnother review (Apr 17th) Well they messed up again, they sent me a email, asking for a review. They forgot to read the instructions AGAIN! I’m ordering less and less now because they can’t read instructions and are constantly messing up my order(s). So this is an edited review, they use to be 5 stars when the owner managed: I’m fed up with them, ever since the owner stopped working there, they stopped reading the orders. I use to order two pizzas a week, but now I barely order because they don’t read the instructions. I’ve asked for thin crust, but they don’t make it thin crust. 3 out the last 4 pizzas were regular crust. This time I selected thin crust as I always do, I even wrote in the “special instructions” please make thin crust because they clearly don’t make thin when you ask for it. I checked the pizza when I picked it up, showed to the manager (politely) I simply showed them and send “sorry, but I ordered thin crust” and he said “no no no, that’s thin crust” I didn’t argue, I simply showed him the other pizza I ordered (regular crust for my GF) and they were both the same.. he said it’s thin crust, I simply said “okay”, and left. Read moreOrdered from here twice and both times there were problems. The first time I put a request for my BBQ wings to be extra saucy, they misread and sent extra spicy wings. They were close to closing so told me I would have to wait til the following day to replace my wings. Fine. Mistakes happen. Tonight we ordered again because the food was good, and inexpensive, so we figured we would give it another shot, but the driver took so long that our pizza was cold, they forgot our garlic bread and told me it would "be awhile but they'd get it to me eventually" and when I told them the food was cold, they said it was "not possible because it was hot out the oven when they put it in the bag" and that it's "cold outside". No apology, no offer to make it better in ANY way, just told "oh well, you paid for cold food and didn't even get it all, but it's not our problem because...winter".
