I would give a 0 star if I could.
Firstly, my household is vegetarian and we live a 38 minute drive from this location. I ordered two combos for the record.
We wanted to try this new plant based combo box.
So I pull up the website and select the Stratford location. I place my order. Let it be known that the plant based box showed up as AVAILABLE for this location. My credit card was accepted and I was charged for the combos.
THEN, I go pick up the order. I get in the car and drive home, trusting that two years into the pandemic, people know how to do online ordering for customers. I get a call from the restaurant that my order is wrong. I look in the bag. SANDWICHES WRONG. TWO SALADS. NO PLANT BASED POPCORN BITES. COLD FRIES
I was told I can come back to the restaurant to get replacements because the new guy made it wrong. A good manager would watch the new person the whole shift on their first day.
I get to the store. There is a new bag waiting. Two sandwiches, and ONE fry. I ordered TWO meals. No plant based popcorn bite things. I ask why not. I was told there are no more. WHAT. So they thought they could sneak two salads in the box!?!?
The supervisor or manager or whatever offers me more salads. NO. it’s on the menu posted behind the counter. On a tv. Which can be changed with a thumb drive. That’s false advertising lady.
THEN, She said and I quote, “well what do you want me to do then?” No offer for refund, partial refund, or something like that. No apology either. Just offered more little salads. Gross.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would!!! The worst customer service!!!! My husband went to the drive through 20 minutes before closing. We had been working out of town and came home late at night and wanted to eat something close to home. So my husband went to grab a quick meal. He waited in the drive through and was ignored by workers. He even seen someone come out to take the garbage and the person ran back inside to hide from him. I called the restaurant to see if someone would pick up and they did… she picked up the phone and she said we are closed and open at 10:30 tomorrow and hung up. I called back because I couldn’t believe that people would actually hang up on a customer before even hearing what I had to say. She answered again and said “ya?” …. I asked her why the ignored my husband on the intercom and why she would hang up on me. She said they were closed (20 minutes before closing). This was a lie, my husband said all the lights were on. Clearly they were trying to sneak out early. I have worked in the industry and even at a KFC. I would never treat customers like this. Read moreI wasn’t sure if I could give 0 stars, so I gave each option 1 star. The service was horrendous. They were having IT issues, which I can understand is not their fault, however the customer service and communication about the issues they were having were non-existent. The worker used her cell phone to call a manager about it and then went back to handle food without washing her hands (she also had on long fake nails which I do not believe is allowed when you work in a kitchen..). We waited 40 minutes in the lobby to receive cold food. I had thought maybe they were cooking the food and that’s why we were waiting so long, but everything was completely cold. We obviously would have walked out if we had not paid already (we had to walk outside to the drive thru window to pay). When we were handed our order after the comically ridiculous amount of time for “fast food”, there was no apology for the wait or inconvenience.
Lastly, the lobby smelled very strongly of body odour. This could have been one of the other few customers rather than an employee but it was still very off putting.
Will not return to this restaurant again and will advise others...
