Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Stratford

Used to work at a Little Caesars ages ago and still get a craving for crazy bread once in a while.

I've called this location ahead a few times to specifically request extra "stuff" (butter & Parm) on the bread, which is always ignored.

Today I just went in, I'm eight months pregnant and asked for a crazy bread with extra stuff, not a complex order. Came home to find literally 3 granules of Parm on my bread, which I ate because I was hungry but I am really disappointed. I would have waited for you to put more Parm in your shaker. This was probably my last straw.

Edit on 05/31/2022: I thought I would give this location another shot based on the new owners kind reply below. Still hugely disappointed and will not return.

I've included a picture of the bread with extra stuff I received. The extra stuff I had to pay an additional $1.25 for! There is not much Parm on there, I would hate to see what it looked like before the worker supposedly put more on. Like I'm already paying you $4 for 10 oz of dough, its insulting that the workers are so stingy on the garlic butter and Parmesan.

When I told the worker I'd like a crazy bread he offered me the two hot and ready breads as a special 2 for $6. I declined because I only wanted one bread. He added extra stuff to one of these breads. When I got home the bread was very chewy and had obviously been sitting there for hours, and again very weakly dressed. But I paid $7.35 for my one bread and sauce. I...

I've never written a review for anything before but honestly i've kind of had it with this location. From the spotty customer service to the quality which yes, you come to expect from this chain, to the shorter hours than their competition....but tonight it's clear just how uninterested they are in generating or keeping business Walk in at 5 to 8pm to order some italian garlic loaf, which they advertise to make between 4-8pm, had to wait until 8pm on the dot for the girl working to be able to come up and take my order, and refuses to make it cause i missed the 8pm cutoff and "they close in an hour". This particular location doesn't seem to care much for keeping what i could only assume is a dwindling number of customers and there are oh so so many other pizza locations in town with more manageable operating hours that would rather have your business.

To top it all off, after just writing this review I checked the food I DID get, and the pizza is wrong, which is impressive as it's just a hot and ready with butter and parm on it. Thanks for the appropriate...

Placed order directly through Little Caesars Pizza. They not only forgot to send part of the order but the delivery driver said he even asked about it and they said no that's all.

When I call in they tell me I can come get it but they won't send it out delivery. They also say they will not give the delivery fee back nor any form of coupon because I still got the order.

ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Will never be back!!!

Can you imagine ordering and paying for new windows for your house. They install 2 but forget the third one at their warehouse. They then tell you you can come pick it up even though you paid them to bring it. Oh and by the way we aren't giving you anything because you still got all 3 windows!
