Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Strathmore

I'm not sure why I continue to give this place a chance. This Tim's has disipointed me time and time again. The staff is rude. Has mocked myself and has argued with me. My experiences have been:

1st: Paying for extra bacon and not getting any, and when I call to explain what's going on, it's very dismissive. The same day my friend was inside the store and told me they heard the staff talking about someone who lied about not getting bacon and saying there was like "10 pieces on there" and other rude comments.

2nd: when I got a latte, the milk tasted like it was sitting there for a few hours. I'm not sure why.

3rd (most recent) :I was in drive thru and the man who does the window/answering the speaker mocked me, I have a high voice, and he mocked that. It made me extreamly uncomfortable.

And just to add, the window people always shove your food/drinks in your face while they talk to the other staff. I feel disrespected at this location, and the locations by the McDonald...

It is always disappointment at this Edgefied Timhortons.

First, I ordered through Doordash due to my work nature. The order was missed. I phoned, It took very long to pick up the call. They said they cant deliver missed item. I have to go to pick it up. I placed second order through door dash and paid again . I asked for refund for first missed order. They refused the refund instead they said they gonna two items which I dont even need it.

Recently we bought a london fog as it is closer to my work location. I was hoping they could at least get that right. But nope. The London Fog was absolutely terrible. It tasted like hot water with a hint of milk and weak Earl Grey, and there was hardly any creaminess to balance it out. The whole thing was just flat and bland, with a weird, and undrinkable. I phoned and asked for Manager they refused to transfer to manager.

I will never visit this location. Sincere advise is to visit on Pine rd...

Part 1 Sevice is so poor you don't get a thank you, please, they mess your order up then don't want to fix their mistake and it happens everytime I go i only go cause it across from where I work and it's the only place to get food without the extra driving or walking and they can't even get a double double right let alone know how to add bacon when you ask for it. One good worker there other then that the rest are rude and never smile. Anyone that rates this place high dose not go there every day or they work there and are lying.

Just watched them put donuts that left the store back on their shelf to be sold after they were handled by me the customer. Do t eat here you take all the risk and you...
