OPA! of Greece Ranch Market — Restaurant in Strathmore

I came monday at around lunchtime to order for myself and my friends from work, I was very disapionted in the service. There was two lady working that day. The older lady was very slow. I did not apreciate how she took her time when there was a line up forming. At one piont she went to the back of the store and left the other younger lady working alone. Also when she took my order you couldn't understand a word she was saying. I had previously came at this store location and the same older lady was the one making the food and she also was very slow and gave me very small portions. ( I was disapionted becasue i paid a lot of money for my orders) The other lady was a younger lady she was working very fast and completed several orders while the other older lady was in the back. I apreciated and felt bad for the younger lady who was working very hard at managing her duties and the one's of the older lady. Her english was also very good wich is something I apreciated. Overall the food was good, just a little rushed but I do not blame the younger worker. I'm not trying to hate on the older worker but myself and others simply did not apriciate her lack of involvment and how slow she was. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location since it’s opening. I’ve witnessed the store change ownership multiple times but I’ve never felt more unwelcome than I did on my last visit. I arrived before 7:30, the male owner was mopping one side of the store and when I walked in I thought perhaps I was wrong about the time and politely asked “are you guys still open?” To the man mopping. He turned back to his mop like I didn’t exist. I then approached the counter to place my order and the lady was polite enough until she started making my order and was complaining that they were putting everything away. I apologized for coming in so close to closing and she didn’t reply. Luckily there was a younger lady working who stepped in and said that it wasn’t a problem at all. The food wasn’t the best, you could tell that nobody really knew what they were doing when it came to preparing the food. Overall it was a very poor first impression of the new owners, I hope they keep that one employee who was the only person there who seemed to care about...

VERY disappointed. To everyone who is thinking about coming to eat here, read this before you decide. This was not my first time coming to this location but it definitely is the LAST! time im ever coming in this store. I've also complained before to the head office and will continue to do so.

The store was very dirty including the back of the store. The two staff at lunchtime were extremely slow and unprofessional. You can't understand a single word they are saying. They did not offer me a bag and I had a couple of drinks in one hand with multiple orders. The scoop they give in the wraps is SMALL!!! No sauce in the Cesar salad. The skewers look a day old at least. The short lady in the front is the same one who served me last time and because of her attitude and the lack of quality food I'm never coming here again I'm advising everyone I know in my community and work colleagues to not waste their money...
