I normally don't post unless exceptional, but this time a triple wamy is having me post. More training is needed for the front end worker. The poor young lady seemed out of place, a little more guidance could help her. 1. Order was missing an item as it was recorded incorrectly, 2. Came back to order something else over 8 mins standing at till waiting to place order and no one came, there were workers standing in sandwich area with no customers orders talking and people walking back and forth one with a headset on in the kitchen area, eventually another customer arrived and then we were served. 3. Took my order, gave me a donut and I waited for my beverage, but instead of completing my order, she took the next persons food and beverage order and completely filled it while I am still standing waiting for my 1 beverage a tea. I finally just walked out sans beverage. With Tim Hortons employees having scripts to read and timers at the window one would hope the same service would apply in person at the till.

Read moreThe staff are always in too much of a hurry which isn't their fault its unrealistic standards in the industry. Still means they are careless with food if it means getting the order out fast. Messed up my order and when I went back they wanted my already bitten and chewed food back... I though we left that unhygenic trend back during covid. That to me is very disgusting. And they only reason they do that is because they dont trust customers. They think you are trying to scam for more food, doesnt make the practice any less unhygenic and gross to me. If you want to eat here be aware I spit my bite back into the wrapper and they took that back into the window... nasty. If I had thrown it out before I got to the window they wouldnt have given me my replacement the correct order which I paid for.

I have yet to visit this one in the past couple months where they either didn't have something needed to make a simple ham and cheddar sandwich or didn't have bagels or failed to put half my order in the bag or gave me a smaller sized drink than what I paid for or charged me for a baked good and waited to long to bag it and ran out before I got mine. And while I'd love to go back in and tell them about their mistakes I usually stop in on the run and don't have time to go back. And recently going in to get a simple hot chocolate and bagel with only 3 customers ahead of me became a 20 minute endeavour since the drive thru takes precedence over in store customers.
