Awful Service. Absolutely awful. I want to point out the fact that none of the staff here are ever actually here during their open hours on the open sign or on the site which say 9 PM (sign) and 10 PM (site). The staff here are also very passive aggressive while ordering and there’s minimal communication I also watched 5 families people walk away from this shop because there is a sign (November 5 2021) that reads “be back in 20 minutes, thanks” that has been up for over half an hour possibly longer. There is also staff in the building who are not answering their phones, nor did we get let in. This particular location also closes early routinely when there are people trying to buy food. there have have actively been two more people turned away because the “staff are out” since we started standing here tonight. overall this place is getting a one star rating regardless of how good the food tastes because the service is so poor that it doesn’t actually deserve to have a...

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honest Effort to Make Things Right

Updated Review: I had a disappointing experience with an UberEats order where the portion sizes for the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" burrito and burrito bowl were much smaller than expected. I had previously ordered a large burrito directly from the restaurant and noticed a clear difference. I was also frustrated that I couldn't get through to them by phone at the time.

However, shortly after posting my review, the restaurant owner personally reached out to me. He was genuinely concerned, assured me that he would investigate the issue further, and offered me either a full refund or a repeat order on the house. I truly appreciate the quick response and willingness to make things right.

It was great meeting the owners of this franchise shop. They are the original owners that opened up this location just over 5 years ago. They are very clearly proud of their business. It comes out in their friendly attitude when interacting with customers. They take the time and have meaningful conversations if you approach them.

The food was good too. I love the wide selection of sauces that you can add to the burritos free of charge. There seems to be a few more toppings available here than Mucho Burrito 🌯 as well.

I also appreciate how clean the store was and that there is plenty of free parking all around the shop too.
