TacoTime — Restaurant in Strathmore

I have eaten at taco time quite a bit for family dinners. I have a large family so orders are usually 80-100$ one of the employees who took my order was super nice and double checked my verbal order with me. When it was time to grab my order the other employee tossed my bag down and walked away no have a nice day or anything. I did ask is thus my whole order she turned and said yes that's all of your order and turned back around. Driving all the way back home as i don't live in Strathmore I discovered two meals from my order were missing. I guess I should have double checked but with that employees attitude I just wanted to leave.

Soft Taco - Fresh ingredients but nearly ice cold and lacked flavour. No detectable salt on the Mexi-fries. I understand Covis is nothing to be happy about but the lady there on April 27 afternoon shift made ZERO effort to make me feel welcome. I actually felt unwelcome. This is rather odd since I was the only person in there, you would think she would try a little harder to hang on to whatever customers might wander in. Maybe she is having problems at home or other problems? Don't take your problems out on the customers. We are all going through...

Heard this place was good but was mistaken. The burritos were cold, sad and mostly lettuce. Nachos.. I can't even say they were nachos. Same with the tatter tots. They were soggy, topless and the cheese was beyond watery and I don't even think it was cheese. The only good out of my order was the bottle pop and ice tea. You're better off making it yourself then trying this place. And before you say it's "taco time", I wouldn't have mind if one thing in my order was made poorly but everything was.
