Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Strathmore

Bought 4 subs there today. Asked the guy making subs why the lettuce is brown and he told me it was fresh. Lettuce is not brown when it’s fresh. I asked for new lettuce and he said it was cut this morning. Very disappointing. Not that fast service, will be thinking hard about going there again as the vegetables are not fresh. Every MR Sub I go to have very fresh vegetables. The lettuce is also shredded way better at other Mr Sub locations way better. Her there are big chunks of lettuce. Mr.Sub Strathmore owner has reached out and handled this situation bet professional. They will be looking into this and will make sure that these issues are taken care of so there are no more issues like this in the future. I will definitely go back with how professional...

I haven't been to a Mr. Sub in decades after moving to an area that didn't have one. I can't really eat at Subway anymore as the meat more resembles paste than meat. Saw a post on FB where someone was reminiscent of Mr. Sub and as I've been missing good subs I came to one when driving through and all I can say is wow! What a difference. I ordered the Pizza sub and it came with two thick layers of meat which surprised me as it was less money than Subway. And they didn't try to get me to put lettuce on it. First time trying Mr Sub. Stopped here 30 minutes before close with my 3 kids and 3 adults. The poor women working was so busy! She was so kind and patient the whole time with us and our kids. (We all understand how kids order food sometimes and how long that can take). She didn't complain once and kept a smile on her face the whole time, even when it was so close to closing and there was a line up of people behind us. I will absolutley go back and recommend anyone in the area looking for food...
