I feel something fishy is going on for all these amazing reviews I am seeing as I only hear bad things about this place when it comes to word of mouth and from personal experience. I have to strongly disagree with all these “positive” reviews. Although I agree that the food is 70% of the time very tasty, I do agree with previous statements of dishes being inconsistent with taste and fully disagree with the positive review on the portion size being efficient. I am very sad to give this review because the owners seem genuinely hard working, appreciative and kind. My only hope is for this review to be seen and taken seriously by the owners and hopefully they will take it as constructive criticism and ultimately run a healthy successful business. I know it may not seem like it but I truly only wish to help.

My main concern is about the cleanliness of this establishment, it is very concerning!! I have given multiple attempts of returning in hopes to see improvements would be made however, it’s only getting worse so I sadly will not be returning anytime soon, soley because of the cleanliness! I can only imagine the cleanliness and contamination that’s going on in the kitchen, given what we the patrons can see and feel in and around the whole restaurant being so disturbing I could only imagine what we don’t see. The condiments are constantly sticky and gross to touch. Then seeing the tables being wiped with the same cloth over and over again is very unhealthy and is extremely unsettling you can literally feel the residue on the tables after being “wiped clean” Sadly other than the dishes and the quick table wipe with a dirty cloth I don’t think much else gets cleaned 😏 I have seen the same scuff and drip marks on the chairs, walls and doors. Also please tend to bathrooms, you need to clean more than just toilet bowls and counter tops.

We used to love this place but our most recent experience wasn’t great. I ordered through Deliver More, which I’ve done many times. This time I ordered two vermicelli bowls and a salad roll appetizer. The salad rolls were good, nice and fresh. The entrees left something to be desired. The noodles were overcooked and broken into tiny fragments, and my few chicken pieces were very dry and chewy. The beef portion was a bit nicer than the chicken and wasn’t overcooked, but still seemed to be tiny bits. It’s seemed as though they cooked enough for one portion but split it over two. My husband and I ordered the exact same bowl, but I think he got half of my meat portion. The orders were very inconsistent in ratios. That being said, the flavour was good and the veggies were fresh. I hope they read this review and understand that customers notice...

I had a craving for viet while traveling and this place was suggested so we stopped in for lunch and it was honestly The Best Pho ive had in AB so far and ive tried about 10 diff places pho( not much but this one is TOP). I had the rare beef and beef meatballs pho with satay added and it was very flavourful, aromatic, and unforgettable. I will surely crave this for years and cannot wait to come back!
