I really wanted to give this KFC my business, I waited months for it to open . I thought new equipment more up to date and high tech, but I was wrong. I have been there about 6 times since they opened 2 years ago. Chicken is either super dry or brown greasy. Yesterday was the final straw. Wanted a 8 pc bucket that I seen on my phone with fries for $16.99 but I had to order online and pick up. So I said to buddy what is your next size? he said 10 pieces for $29.99. I had people behind and in front so I said ok. The 10 pieces I got consisted of 4 wings, 3 legs, 2 backs and a goofy looking breast part. Read moreGot 2 stars because we got what we ordered. Otherwise a 1 star. Combo was horribly slapped together, fries were put in sideways so it all spilled. Got a large popcorn chicken which was 3/4 full, mostly breading not much chicken.
I usually enjoy the tenders so despite the fact they “ran out and are closed” by 18:30 on 3 separate occasions I went back, dropped 45$ on 16 tenders which are burnt to a crisp now and once again pretty much breading with little chicken in them.
This used to be a half decent location, now they are just rushed, rude, and seem to have no pride in their quality of food. Manager has dismissed me without even looking at me on several occasions.
Next time I crave KFC will make the drive out of town instead of dealing with Strathroy and...

I got one leg and not sure what the rest of it was. Service was there as they did look my way but didn't speak. when giving the order I don't think they understood what I was saying. It was supper time, so dark outside and the building inside was dimly lit and cold too.
