A&W Canada — Restaurant in Surrey

I have been here many times because of its vicinity to my home. I have never had a positive experience. Either I have to wait 10 or more minutes for my food or when I drive up to the order taking screen I am treated with terrible customer service and rude employees. This has always been through the drive through. Tonight the manager took my order rudely after making me wait 5 minutes at the screen with out being told to wait just not helped. I tried to order a sausage and egger sandwich and she rambled on about how it takes too long and that she didn't have sausage. I said ok I will take the bacon and egger. She said "ok fine but it will be 10 minutes." I said no thank you I will get a buddy burger and that's all. She rudely greeted me at the screen and felt she had to try to put me down for being upset about having to wait for a bacon and egger. When my food was ready she rudely said here and sent me off. I would rather go to the other A&W down in grandview corners than deal with this everytime. I come for the food because it's excellent but the service has always been unbelievably terrible. I will not return and now it is an inconvenience to me. I would like to be contacted about my experience to explain my strong feelings about their service. Hi there ! This place is great ,great people that work all ways happy at least when I go there (hopefully it has to do with management at least that's what I'm hoping for )the place is clean in side and our side , washroom (Papa's and family one's very clean don't no bout lady's but I'm thinking should be the same very clean ) now the food part corporate has done it ! FINALLY FINALLY the corporate world has seen the light there just starting (thank goodness) to understand were a lot of people are going away from meat! Yes meat! These guys were first with the beyond products and you're one of the best beyond burgers anywhere to be had inexpensive first and foremost, extremely hard to tell between there meat burgers and there beyond burgers! They did have a breakfast sandwich at one time BUT WHO EVER AT CORPORATE DECIDED NOT TO SERVE IT ANYMORE OUGHTA BE FIRED AND THAT'S INCLUDING THE BOSS MAN(OR LADY) ,If any one from corporate happens to read this review PLEASE PLEASE BRING THE beyond breakfast sandwich BACK! OK .Any how this franchise is doing it right people happy employees clean inside and out whoever owned it keep up the good work it there was a 10 star rating Id give you that and to the rest of us go on down there boys girls because they got it Down. Absolutely horrible service, dirty and so unprofessional. I stopped by at this place at around 9:30pm. and ordered 2 mama burgers and 2 teen burgers. I specifically made sure and asked 2 times not to put bacon on my burgers ! I drove away and of course it's like I asked for them they were on both of my burgers :((( I turn around and I go back and I tell the gentlemen on the window that he has put bacon on my burger ! He apologized and told the manager she checked them out and he passed them back to the east Indian lady who was making the burgers. I drove a few feet forward and clearly saw her remove the bacon from the sandwich and wrap it back the same burger. That's disgusting so unprofessional..... after I told the east Indian guy that she just removed them and gave them back, he tried to deny it and the manager Asian lady said no intold her to.make new ones !!! That's bulshit cause she seen her what she did. I am not sure how bussines like that are still allowed to operate our health inspectors should visit this places more often and check the level of cleanliness and get stuff in order.
