Artusi Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Surrey

Coming into the restaurant only two employees were working at the time of our visit. The interior leaves much to be desired but this wasn't really an eat-in restaurant so that's fine and all the surfaces seemed clean. There was a counter and a single sofa behind it and off to the side. We ordered 2 butter chicken pastas and 1 order of cheesy bread. Service wise the employees were fine, one of them seemed unwelcoming and uninterested, or perhaps he was just tired. The food was made to order but the wait time was pretty bad, about half an hour.

The pasta overall was slightly under portioned for the price (see farther into my review), in my opinion, but had a good amount of chicken and tasted decent, everything was cooked well. The bread however, was a bit lackluster, it was literally melted cheese on bread. Yes I know we ordered cheesy bread and we got cheesy bread but there wasn't anything special, it tasted okay though.

My only gripe about this place is the prices, 40 odd dollars for two small-mid sized pastas and one order of cheesy bread (4pcs, check pics in other review). I noticed the menu, which was leaning against the wall on the floor in the corner, did have price increases taped over formerly cheaper prices, I don't want to assume but it would seem the lack of customers jacked up the initial prices but that's just my guess and I could be wrong.

Overall a very mediocre experience, I wouldn't recommend going/ordering from here, at least not...

Decided to try out this place based on the reviews but it was a disappointment. The crust looked & tasted store bought & did not seem freshly made in-house. Pizza lacked flavor too & order taker did not even bother to ask me if I wanted ginger & cilantro on my pizza. The menu states pizza comes with it but when I went to pickup my order store has signs on the walls saying you have to ask for it? Out of courtesy, atleast ask your customers when they place an order if they would like it, especially if you are giving out contradictory information on menu vs. in-store signs. Ugh desi people will never learn good customer service skills & will just continue operating in their own...

I checked the reviews and it seems good. I ordered shahi paneer pizza and they covered only the central part of pizza. As it is clear from the pic that Sides are naked even there is no cheese and no sauce. And zero spicy level mean to say having no taste. I am also adding one more pic of shahi paneer pizza that really looks yummy pizza. Everyone can see the difference. Owner of veggie corner said that they are leaving one finger tip from sides of pizza naked and topping only on middle. Suppose they are doing so. At least they should add sauce and cheese on sides. Nobody will eat side crust of pizza. So it’s only wastage of...
