barBURRITO — Restaurant in Surrey

omg, I had one of the best experiences at the surrey location. It was my first time trying their food and going to this location, and I am happy to say all my expectations were met and even beyond. The employee named Khush (her name definitely stuck with me because of how warm and lovely she was with my daughter) deserves a big raise. Her customer service is A++. She offered to carry my baby girl when she was throwing a tantrum, played some cartoons from her phone to soothe my baby so I and my partner could settle down to enjoy our meal, although this was just for a short period as she had task to complete but the act of kindness melted my heart. She took our order promptly and helped us in navigating the menu and recommending their best sellers, and also guided us with the gift card. Had great reception and demeanor and this was not just to us alone, I noticed she was like that to every of the customer who picked up or ordered while we were there. She is such a lovely lady and I will be going there again because of her. If you wish to visit the location, it is 15637 104 Ave, Surrey, BC V4N 2H4....

I have been to this place 3 times in 2 wks! I love the burritos, they are tasty! I love the Monday Burrito special deals!! Staff (Raj, Raman and Sandeep) that were attended to me were friendly. However, there are a few things could be improve the bussiness: 1. The the glass where the food was store should be wiped sparking clean all the time. It has splashes of food and wasn't spotless. 2. Staff should make a mark to identify on the wrap which is burritos is meat and meatless. 3. Put an "Open" sign facing the 104th to boost your business because not Burritos Bar open until midnight. I will be back again because is a great deal for healthy food!! (However please improve on those aspects that I have mentioned)

Edited: One more thing to improve, the metal covers of the food are all messy and place accordingly. This has been consistently the same everytime I go there. This is Bar Burrito not street food, mind you presentation and cleanliness are...

I want to preface this review with the following: I love BarBURRITO. That said: I visited this location last Friday (Sept 5). No one was in the store other that myself. I requested a spicy chicken bowl. When the employee started scooping the items in the bowl i sensed that the respective ingredients were not warm by the way they were landing in the bowl as well as they way they looked (Beans were congealed, chicken was not separated, kind of in a ball, the rice clumpy). I then asked "is the food warm?" to which the response was "yes, hot." I should have gone with my gut as when I left and took it to work to eat EVERYTHING WAS FREEZING. I paid $20 for that bowl including a tip and everything was freezing and I had one bite before I hurled it into the bin. Who knows if the stuff was even cooked it was freezing. Extremely disappointing and frustrating when I even asked the question. This location has lost...
