There were two incidents where they made my order wrong ! And instead of owning up to their mistake, she would rather question her customer about their order! Very dissapointing!

First incident was an order I made through skip the dishes. They forgot the pearls to one of the drinks i ordered and when I called them about it, the girl who answered the phone said to call the skip the dishes instead. And also said, “you know our pearls are white not brown”. Ive been going to boba boy for the longest time so yes I know what kind of pearls they have ! And I know how to check if my drink was done perfectly as ordered which it wasnt!

Second incident was today when my niece ordered a drink with coconut jelly but instead she got it with pearls! So I went back and told them that they made my order wrong but instead of owning up to her mistake .. she said that my niece ordered pearls. I showed ther the sticker on the drink and its the wrong sticker too because it says “half P” . The other guy was nice and said they can add the coconut jelly on top of the drink which i said was okay. But the girl “Jennifer” said “do you want just half of coconut jelly because she wanted half half” . I was like “no” she didnt order half half to begin “she ordered her drink with just “coconut jelly” . And I can tell by her facial expression that she was annoyed and she still feels like she was right and that the customer was wrong ! She was skeptical about my compaint!

We visited Boba Boy in Surrey, and I can confidently say it's one of the best bubble tea spots I've ever been to! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The decor is vibrant and fun but they lack the indoor sitting if you intend to dine-in because aside from drinks they also sell doughnuts and others to go with your beverage.

Honestly good smoothies. But very rude lady had a rage fit because I wasn't wearing a mask. After I told her I have asthma medical condition so I cannot wear. Extremely rude behavior even though I cannot wear breathe with mask. Was not professional. And NO MANNERS FROM THIS WOMAN.

The poster advises business owners that:

If a person claims a mask exemption, take them at their word. Proof should not be required. Business owners cannot be fined for allowing people without masks to enter their place of business.

Just so you know my wife is 6 months pregnant and our baby has a condition called Hydrocephalus and we doing our best to keep our baby and my wife healthy. Maybe instead of having a rage fit and yelling across the business you should be more professional and speak normally and find out the situation and facts. Also perhaps have some mask there foe customers. Its more the way this was communicated poorly. Not to mention that masks have made zero difference in covid spread. Its my God given right to protect myself and my health. Sadly...
