Terrible Service, False Advertisement, Disrespect customer's word. They offer false advertisement.

1. They advertise free home delivery nearby but refused to deliver inspite of placing the order 5-6 hours before the delivery time.
2. They advertise free Naan with any Large dish but again refused to adhere to it and infact gave lame excuses such as the flyer was misprinted, etc. Our order consisted of 2 Veg Noodles, 2 Veg Corma, 2 Paneer Bhurji and 6 Garlic Naan... Don't believe their customer's word for the taste of the food.
3. The Veg Noodles were very spicy when we called and informed them. The reply was to bring back it back to them (when actually they should have provided delivery in first place) which they will show to their chef and then they will provide a replacement if they think it's spicy. WOW!!!

Considering the above experience I would request all customer to taste the food infront of them before picking the delivery from store (as any ways they will refuse the home delivery) so as to save hassle of returning to store for getting your replacement dish if it is not as per...

We have worked with Bikaner sweets over 10 years and recently hired them for our party again, and I can’t say enough good things about them! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how tasty everything was.

The service was very professional from start to finish. The team was punctual, well-organized, and handled everything with such care and attention to detail. I was also really impressed by their outstanding customer service — they were friendly, responsive to all my questions, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
