EDITED: The owner reached out to me and ensure that what I had experienced was a one off. I tried the pizza again and my goodness it was so much better. He gave me two medium pie's on the house after he went that extra mile to reach out to me and ensure that I was satisfied with the quality. He was never once rude and just wanted to get a better understanding of what had happened and how he could make things better.

In this city, among the sea of mediocre food quality and service, its nice to see someone who takes pride in his work and really provide something nice.

I will be going back and highly recommend.

I just got my pizza not even 10 mins ago.

I ordered two large pizzas, one cheese and one hawaiin. I asked for the cheese to be well done so that the under carriage of the bread is cooked well and crust crunchy. I ordered the pizzas at 940pm and picked them up at 10pm.

Not only was it not well done, but both pizzas taste as though they have been left out for a while, perhaps repacked old pizza? I have pictures of both pizzas for reference. I paid 44 dollars for these two pizzas so it would be nice to have the order at least somewhat respected or followed.

I hate giving negative reviews like this but its not right to say nothing. Would be willing to try it again if they were to actually give me my order as requested. Heard good things about this place but perhaps staff werent on their game tonight. Want to give them benefit of the doubt, i get...
