D-Plus Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

I can’t even imagine🤷🏻‍♀️ they have such a rude staff. I was coming today from my college and i was very hungry, thought i should try d-plus. When i entered the store, there was a guy over there, he was talking to me very respectfully. I asked him what kind of slices do you have? (Bcz it was my first experience at this pizza store; i never tried d-plus). Maybe he was new, he didn’t know. So he called a lady from inside who was literally very rude. When i asked her about slices, she talked very rudely by saying what kind of do u want? I said i just want to know what type of pizzas you have or which slices you have right now bcz I don’t know d-plus pizzas. She again talked very rudely and said you want ham pineapple? Veggie? Tandoori? Literally, this kind of her behaviour shows how she was trained by her manager or other employee. But i just ignored it and said i need one veggie slice, and then she said it will take 8-10mins now🤷🏻‍♀️. And this is just for one slice? Seriously? After this, i said thanks and left the place. I am never gonna visit this place again. I also work at a pizza store but never disappoint my any customer. Btw thanks for showing your behaviour towards...

We’ve been ordering from D-Plus Pizza Fleetwood for a while now, and it has become our go-to spot for Indian/desi-style pizzas. Last weekend we tried the Tandoori Paneer Pizza and Tandoori Chicken Pizza, and both were absolutely delicious...loaded with flavor, perfectly spiced, and cooked just right. Over time, we’ve also tried their BBQ Chicken Pizza, Butter Chicken Pizza, Shahi Paneer Pizza, and Achari Paneer Pizza—all have been fantastic! Each pizza is packed with bold flavors, generous toppings, and a well-balanced crust. If you love fusion-style pizzas, this place is a must-try. Besides pizzas, they have a good selection of sides, which complement the meal well. From our past experiences, it usually takes around 20 minutes for an order to be ready, which is reasonable for fresh, made-to-order pizzas. The only downside is parking, especially during peak hours. The parking lot is small and not very well-designed, making it a bit tricky to find a spot. I ordered 4 boxes of pizza from them, had a family member pick them up, they charged for 4 pizzas and only gave 3 for a family event - so we called about the mistake and we asked if they could deliver it since it was a mistake on THEIR END and we were now busy as we planned to pick up pizzas earlier. They only offered $1 off the pizza that we didn't receive, not a refund or to deliver it to us. After we finally negotiated that this was not fair and they stated that they will deliver it, its now 4 hours later and they have not delivered it. So I advice you to always double check what your getting because they will not try to correct any mistakes...
