Diamond Sweets Restaurant — Restaurant in Surrey

I am just sharing my experience today with Diamond Restaurant. I walked in with my family just to briefly have some sweets. The host who greeted us was quite nice and he welcomed us to come in and have a seat. Although we had no intentions to sit and eat there , we changed our minds and grabbed a seat seeing that the restaurant was empty too. A girl came to take our order and we said we just want to have some sweets with our kids and we were enquiring about the menu. The girl was nice too. She was clarifying everything. Slowly other customers walked in as well and there was a small line up for take away. Suddenly a lady appeared from nowhere asking us to wait in line if we were buying sweets. She said "you cannot order sweets on the table". She continued "if you are going to have food you can sit at the table, if not you will have to wait in the line , buy sweet box and leave". She was very loud and not polite at all. As a customer I feel it is our right to decide if we want to do take away or eat in the restaurant. Most importantly this lady just barged in with this information while we were placing the order with another staff who absolutely had no issues serving us our sweets on the table. Which restaurant shoos customers off when they have come.in with a family to dine? I heard that she was supposed to be one of the staff there, the way she spoke made me wonder if she was the owner. Sadly this was the treatment I received , guess this one is not on my go to...

So this happened second time in a row last time we bought sweets from them , completely stale, I specially asked the lady to recommend fresh sweets she mentioned everything here is fresh, when we tasted the sweets they were not fresh and that's complete waste of money. Today, I ordered samosas, and I specially called 2nd time to make sure they make fresh samosas. They mentioned that they would make them fresh. When we opened the package, samosas were full of small bubbles( attached picture), which looked completely refried, and when we tasted the inside filling, that was not even fresh. I called them right away that their samosas were completely stale, and we had asked for fresh samosas. They mentioned that samosas are freshly made. Me and my family never going back to them. Quality is so poor, and food is quite expensive . Most importantly, I don't want to risk my health because...

I get appetizers for my church almost every Sunday from here. and I normally get it for myself on other days it’s fine really good service but for some reason I get the worst service on sundays. Normally I don’t say anything when they give me stale Laddos but this Sunday I have had it. Ordered 15 samosas and they were horrible. They used the left over fillings which were bad and sticky inside when we tried to eat it and we almost threw up as they had gone bad. Samosas were fresh from the outside but inside it appeared to be rotten from the inside. 10 years of getting things from here we are finally going to stop.
