KP KICTHEN & PIZZA 24HRS — Restaurant in Surrey

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS!! First time ordering from this place, even though saw many mixed reviews. It was made extremely hot and was unbearable to eat. More chilly flakes then toppings. Brought to owners attention. Flat out said they are not wrong about spices. They were not willing to replace the order even while I stated I can bring the entire pizzas back. We are Indians and can handle our spices, never had a problem at any other pizza place like this. I had guests over for the first time after covid and was embarrassed that the food burnt everyone’s mouth, everyone had an upset stomach and had to order elsewhere on the spot. Will never order from them again and will never recommend them to any of my friends or family. Beware the owner was rude and kept talking over me, raving about how so many people come to purchase his food far and wide, rather than listening to me about the issue. We called numerous times to rectify the problem and was told nobody is available to help, after speaking with the lady 4 times the owner complained that we disturbing them by calling them numerous times. Not sure if there are new owners but this place has consistently delivered poor quality food over past few years. In the past their pizza has been just ok and it is close by so convenient however it has just gotten worse with each visit. This visit was our last straw as we cannot keep giving it more chances even with constant new ownership

Ordered a takeout pizza and naan. When we got home and opened it up the naans were so over cooked they were basically a crisp. Super dry and inedible

Pizza had wayy too much cheese. Even for someone who loves cheesy pizza this was astronomically too much and we could not eat it. Thicker than the actual crust. We called to complain and they said we can come pick up another one. Drove there and brought another pizza back but this time it had a ridiculous amount of olives, barely any of the other veggies and still a lot of cheese even though it was less than the first time.

We ordered 02 Tandoori Chicken Malai tikka along with few more items, firstly at 7 pm they said they have no delivery service, hence I went to pick it up myself, to our surprise Chicken tikka was boiled chicken with some vegetables, had the same experience last week hence I reminded the persons on the order not to react the same mistake, she assured all will be good. After calling them the chef refused to accept that he had not packed chicken tikka boiled style, so leaving my family on the dinner table I went again to the restaurant to show him what he has done, he prepared it in another style but still not chicken malai tikka.we left with a sad note on the dinner table for a birthday of my wife, I hope this disappointing experience is not faced by others, please confirm with the the caller before you place an order of what they...
