First of all there is no customer service at all, the guests are waiting and no one to attend even after the staff seeing us standing. The other staff members are seeing there are guests waiting in line but they are busy doing other things. So While ordering one iced coffee and steep tea , and had asked for fresh steep tea and i said ready to wait. Patiently waiting it was already 12mins passed giving my order and still the steep tea was not brewed .Inspite of asking and waiting for fresh, the staff was using the old pot, seeing her pouring from old pot and i called n asked if this was fresh pot so she arrogantly told me it is wait and you should have told early, i told her it was been informed at time of ordering and she confirmed from her team member who took the order. No sorry that it was done earlier not politeness while talking. By this time the ice coffee was made and kept inside, does it make sense that if iced drink is ready why is it not been delivered, she was gonna give after 5mins with steep tea? When the ice is all melted? When i asked her if the iced coffee ready? If i can please atleast have that drink, as it was already 15mins waiting. When i asked if i can talk to manager, see the way we have been treated, this was the way it was told ‘’ can someone talk to her’’ , i mean was i someone random begging something ? Don’t they know how to treat us and show some respect ?
Finally when the steep tea was ready, no sorry nothing been told and wow waiting 20mins for just 2 drinks?? I have never put any reviews but This is not the first time the staff at this store not been respectful, but today it was too much, atleast dont show arrogance if its your mistake. Im not even sure writing my experience would make any difference to the owner or no. Will the staff be trained properly or no. Believe me if that staff girl would have just politely said that we forgot to brew and it would take 5mins, the person wouldnt have got mad. Please train you staff to be respectful and also attend guests first if they see waiting because other taks can be done later. Also there was this school boy ordering 2cups of water very clearly, but the way she asked her ‘is it bottle water or cup of water’ even after the sentence was clear was very rude. Read morei didnt think it could get any worse!!! not only do i have to ALWASY double check my order to ensure its the right one before driving away. but my spouse went for breakfast this morning i didnt get the right coffee AGAIN and the BLTs he ordered were DISGUSTING i cant believe the order we received. not only did they mess up and not proved one sandwich with no mayo due to a cough and cold which leaves my spouse not eating dairy until it clears up but the BLTs were horrible assembled one of the sandwiches had all bacon on one side not even nicely placed problly slammed into the bagel but upon opening the sandwich there was less than 6 pieces of bacon (which is the standard amount of meat for this sandwich i know this from working in a tim hortons) the lettuce was soft limp and almost looked old and the mayo seemed to be doubled up so yes thank you for not taking and assembling the order given not giving the appropriate drinks for the order given not only leaving off the mayo but doubling up on it not even adding the appropriate sandwich items not making sure you are using fresh edible ingredients
this was the most disappointing trip to this tims yet an my complaint will not just remain on google i will actually be contacting a head office of some sort becasue ive lived in surrey 6 years and this service station is not up to par with Tim Hortons service...

Then this tall, curly hair, white lady, (I am assuming) came saying this isn’t the correct code. I told her I literally did this at work so the code is correct but she started saying no it isn’t and she began being very rude. I told her I work at tims so i do these properly at work all the time and then she said to me very rudely that “go take your survey somewhere else.” This the type of people u guys got?? Telling me to go get my drink from a different place?? Good luck with sales lol. She was so rude for what and she even looked like she was a manager or some sort. I have encountered her before and she has never been friendly. She didn't even feel apologetic at all and if she is the manager then she is doing a terrible job. I work at tims as well and we never treat anyone the way she treated me. Pretty sure she started talking smack to her co-worker probably telling him not to take surveys because I have noticed that this location is always making a scene about taking surveys.
