The pizza itself was delicious, the crust was better than most other pizza shops & the man who answered my call was polite & understood my request properly as I made some customizations to my pizza. The price is a bit higher than other similar pizza spots. My only concern is when I went to pickup my order I asked for green chillies on the side but he used his bare hands to place it inside the pizza box. For hygienic purposes I highly suggest to use tongs or gloves to prevent spread of germs. I'm pretty sure he had just handed cash & change from the customer in Iine ahead of me & did not wash his hands afterwards before placing the green chillies into my pizza box. So let’s start from the top. Whoever wrote the review about the two ladies working and don’t order when they are there was right. I called explained how I wanted a half and half and I had to repeat twice I wanted extra sauce and well done. I got there and she wanted to charge me $3 for extra white sauce. I then said no I wanted extra sauce. She said oh no sorry register is wrong I don’t know. I then checked ghe pizza for Alfredo sauce. None there. I saw it’s not even well done. Great. The reviews were 2 for 2. I them proceeded out with my pizza came home and everyone ate. All 4 of us said dry pizza and barely any sauce. I also said no beef and guess what? There’s beef. So these two ladies don’t listen at all. They don’t even care working cause they took 3 min plus to come greet me and I was the only one in there. Not going here again...

I will never give Kwantlen Pizza in Fleetwood my business ever again! I have referred a lot of friends and family to Kwantlen Pizza Fleet but that is coming to an immediate stop. Tonight I ordered a large Hot Supreme, a Medium Pepperoni and some BBQ wings. The pizza was cooked first and just sat on their oven for at least 10 mins while I waited for wings. So by the time I got the pizza home it was cold and the Pepperoni Pizza had a hair baked into the dough. The wings which used to be fried and crispy are now made in the pizza oven like every other Indian Pizza Shop and come out slimy. So I had to reheat the pizza and airfry the wings.
