Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

Like most people say, it's pretty good but not worth the premium. I paid $39 for 1 large delivered through skip including $3 tip. For that price the pizza should be excellent. It was 5.0/10, too much sauce, not enough toppings. A pizza costs $10-15 to make if you use the best ingredients and aim for a 10/10 pizza, we're talking world class pizza. This pizza probably cost closer to $2 to make but I paid almost top dollar for it lol. I was expecting a 6.8/10 pizza but hoped for 8.2. One bite everyone knows the rules.

Reply to owners comment: Thanks for the link but a pizza has to taste what it costs when the price is at the top. Obviously a franchise pizza isn't going to be great. Franchises are about making money, not making great pizzas. The passion isn't there, if it was, the pizza wouldn't taste...

I like Panago and their pizza is pretty good but they close at 12, and when I tried to place a pickup order at 10:45 it would not let me on the app. So I called to place a pickup order and the lady on the phone let me know kindly that most stores in BC will close their pickup an HOUR AND A HALF before close. I’m not sure what the logistical reason is but it just seems kind of ridiculous. It feels like it’s just a scam to get you to pay an extra 10 dollars for delivery. The pizza is also already an exorbitant price and has only been worth it previously since it’s much tastier than Domino’s cardboard pizza. Haven't ordered from panago before decided to try it, I ordered a med cheese pizza and asked to take off the tomato sauce for there Chipotle cilantro to the lady and she didn't listen and I asked the manager to fix it. The Manger then argued with me about the sauces THAT all cheese pizzas are with tomato suace and that I should have known this going in. I told Manger THAT I DONT COME HERE You need to tell the customers this while creating there own. SOME PEOPLE DONT LIKE A RED SAUCE. MANAGER DID FIX IT BUT BAD ATTITUDE.
