I am a long time customer and order Pizza from these guys once a week. I placed an order and they didn’t deliver the dip with it. I texted the driver 2 minutes after he left and he said he’s too far gone to bring it back. So the following week when I ordered pizza I told them about not getting the dip and they told me that it’s too late. I’m not getting the dip I paid for with this order and they said I should have said something sooner lol. Like are you kidding me. How much does a dip cost? Lol. Read morePanago has to be worst pizza joint around nowadays. It use to be good way back in the day but now it's complete trash. Wish I could give it zero stars. You pay a decent amount of money for the food but it's just garbage. Not just this location, all locations suck. I guess they forgot that cheese is the main ingredient in pizza and cooking it until the dough is cooked is key to a decent pizza. Not to mention the soggy chicken bites. Just another case of staff and ownership not caring about quality. I hope this place closes down shop, it's complete robbery, the pizza at 7-11 is better and it's cheaper. I was quite disappointed to notice that one of the female staff members handling slapping orders was not properly groomed according to Panago’s usual hygiene and appearance standards. She had long, noticeably thick hair on her arms and face, which gave an impression of poor grooming and lack of cleanliness in a food-handling environment.
