Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

Personally, love papa johns but this location is not it. I used to order from this location but I recommend ordering from the guildford location or any other one moving forward. The last time we got our food, they didn’t give us 2 items of our order so obviously that sucks when you receive your order after spending that money and having expectations then not receiving it. My most recent experience was calling to place an order for delivery. The guy on the phone could have cared less to actually listen to me. It started with getting my name wrong, whatever no biggie. After that, we couldn’t get past my address because he was speaking to other people while being on the phone with me, who is trying to place an order. After repeating my address more than 7 times, he continuously got it wrong and then said we weren’t in the area. I then provided my postal code because he was saying he couldn’t find my address on google maps, that failed. He couldn’t get it down after I repeated it probably 5 times. We are located 9 minutes away…. I finally gave up without even mentioning what we wanted to order and told the guy on the phone it’s ridiculous I’ve been on the phone with him for over 10 minutes and we haven’t made it past my address. He said that’s not his problem? I then said I never said it was but how can he or the delivery driver not put an address in the maps. Probably because he couldn’t get my address correctly for the life of anyone. Friendly advise, go...

Honestly do not order from this place, if you are going to order from this place, definitely consider the guildford location. I have had no issues from the guildford location, but the moment I order from this place, especially online, I have issues, not once but twice now, first time I didn't leave a review. This time my order was not only wrong, but it also had hair in the pizza because they clealry do not enforce standard safety practices. If you want your order right and delivered with respect, do not, I repeat DO NOt order from this place. Especially if you care about sanitary practices. Both the Guildford and this location were at one time owned by the same person, and me being a regular was shown how loyal this place was to their regular customers, now with new ownership all around, I have now realized how bad the new management is thus throwing the name papa johns once had right into...

I must say that I am blown away by their amazing parmesan garlic bread. It's the best I've ever tasted! They are the unique soft breadsticks that are to die for. They come drizzled with a mouth-watering special garlic dip that's simply divine. I also appreciate that they pack a container of the dip along with the breadsticks.

However, I was a bit disappointed during my last order when I ordered the breadsticks during a buy one get one free offer. They did not drizzle the breadsticks with the garlic dip, and they were just plain. Despite this one minor hiccup, I cannot control my cravings for their delicious garlic bread and breadsticks.
