Sometimes this location can be a hit or miss depending on the server, but the food is never a downer and I’m a long time pho fan of this place. I wasn’t quite happy with the service lately, especially witnessing a complaint where somebody showed that there was a hair in one of their meals which made me question their integrity with serving food.
They had to constantly say “excuse me” multiple times just to get their attention for that matter. For my case, I only kindly asked the server where is my rare beef on the side (for my pho soup order) incase they might have forgot about it. The rude young lady serving in this restaurant had a very aggressive attitude that I personally do not tolerate by her almost raising her voice and showing an irritating attitude towards me by saying “CAN YOU WAIT?” I wasn’t pleased with the professionalism.
For tipping, I had to witness very aggressive employees from before as well where the ladies kept on complaining in their language that it wasn’t enough tipping, especially after the customer pays for their food. We are customers in your restaurant and we pay you to keep your business afloat since we do love the food you make.
As much as I appreciate the food here, I feel like this location has lost touch of what it used to be and I’m starting to look elsewhere as a long time pho customer as I don’t like the way how this restaurant operates with unprofessional employees I had to witness from...

They have excellent broth, and the meat was soft and so good. But they did something I've never seen at any Pho place across the Lower Mainland do before; they served the hot sauce and the hoisin sauce in separate bowls, rather than having squirt bottles on the side of the table that most restaurants do.
The reason? They do this so customers do not sabotage the contents of the squirt bottle. That is so smart! I thought they put the sauces in separate bowls so we could dip our meat in it, but there's a more substantial reason as to why they do that, and I fully commend them for taking a hygienic approach, really well done!
Service: Service was quick, the lady and gentleman were very polite.
Atmosphere: I like their tables, it's a nice look. The décor is presentable and I'm thankful stepping inside didn't feel like we were stepping in the past like many Pho places, and like many Pho places, the bathroom could be better, but hey, it's like that in general. With my seating, I sat facing the evening sun, so the sunlight was beaming in my face which was slightly annoying, so if you're dining in the evening, avoid facing the sun. Seats towards the back shouldn't have that problem though.
Conclusion: Thank you for a delicious dinner. People should check this place out if they haven't, it's great. I will certainly revisit...
Read moreCame in today with my sister and my father. Restaurant was slow and dead. Service was altered due to COVID-19 which is totally understandable. Orders were put through at the till and food was brought to our tables. The waitress there, however, was explicitly rude and had a very poor attitude. After our orders were put through, she ignored us on multiple occasions when we asked for sides and other things to go along with our entrees. She would tend to other tables and clean up without ever changing her gloves. When the food came out dish by dish, she would leave the tray with the food in the middle of the table and walk away. My order especially took the longest to complete, and I had a part of my dish come 10-15 minutes afterwards. After paying, I could hear the waitress and staff talking poorly, making comments, and remarks about my father in Vietnamese. They had thought he was another race due to his skin colour, judged his appearance, and simply laughed about it. My family understood every word they said. After that, we paid, no tip, and quietly left.
I wouldn't come back. I would not recommend this to my friends and family due to the poor staff. Sad, because the food was decent but prices were expensive. Look at other options for eatery before stopping here. There's better...
