Pizza D & Samosa House — Restaurant in Surrey

The main pizzas are delicious with lots of toppings. The deal pizzas with only three toppings were not good. They barely had any cheese on them. They did not taste like pizza, just bread with vegetables and meat with a tiny bit of cheese. I wouldn't order the deal pizzas. I will only order the main pizzas.

I ordered a deal that showed on their website and the guy didn't even know it was a deal so he overcharged me and said I should have told him. I just assumed they would know the deals that are on their own website. The experience made me feel like he was trying to make a few extra dollars off me.

I ordered on door dash today at 8:26 pm and it said the order went through and was going to be delivered between 8:53-9:07. At 9 pm, I received a notification that the order was cancelled because they were closed but around 8:45 I saw a door dash delivery person waiting for the order. That should have been enough time to make the pizza because it usually takes only 20-25 minutes. Did they burn my pizza or just not want to make it?

The main pizzas are delicious but their service needs improvement. I would like to tell all my family and friends about the delicious pizza, but I'm worried they might receive bad service. If their service was better, I would give better tips like I was before I started receiving...

Be Careful If You Prepay Online

I ordered and paid online for pizza. When my husband went to pick it up, the staff claimed it hadn’t been paid for, so he paid again in store. Once I realized we’d been charged twice, I contacted the restaurant and was told someone would look into it and call me back. No one ever called.

My husband later returned to the restaurant with both receipts. Staff took photos and said management would send us an e-transfer refund. That refund never came.

In the end, I had to go through the online food company to get our money back after providing all the same proof to them.

Yes, I should have told my husband I prepaid. However, once we showed the business clear proof of double payment, I shouldn’t have had to chase the business down or beg for a refund. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters.

Worst experience Ive ever had with takeout. If I could give it a zero I would. I’m pregnant and I didn’t want to cook so I thought why not give this place a shot. I used to actually get pizza from here lol the time. I place my order, I come pick up my order, then I get home and take a bite, there’s no taste. Why you may ask? Because it’s watery. I called trying to work something out, I just asked for either credit or my money back and whoever was on the phone was screaming at me and ended up hanging up the phone on me. I brought the food back to the place and he said, “There’s nothing I can do for you so you might as well leave.” He was saying how there’s never any complaints and the lasagna is perfect.
