I've been calling in my orders a half hour ahead of my pickup time required. On a regular basis for the past several months. Because whenever I show up on my lunch . After driving to the store waiting to have my sandwich made and driving back to work. I have no time to eat my lunch. Literally. I don't use the app because the app sucks. Every time I've tried to place an order through it, it doesn't go through. And then I end up more frustrated than I was when I began the process. Today I called to place my order and was asked if they could call me back. I understand you're busy. So I said sure. But I didn't get a call back. And with only 10 minutes until my lunch starts, I called back. . I'm not trying to be rude. But I've worked at Subway and I know exactly the pressure these people are under. If you properly staffed your store, these issues would not arise. Instead. I've chosen to eat somewhere else from now on. So you won't have to be concerned about me and my orders...

As we were finishing our meals the male employee came up to us and told us we had to leave in 5 mins so he could clean... I used to work at Subway and I would never ask a custom to leave at 7:45pm so I could clean. That was so rude. We left within 5-10 mins upset about the rude treatment. We then stood outside by our cars for the remainder of our 'date'. As we were leaving I looked into the shop and the employee was no where to be seen. Not cleaning, just hiding in the back. I hope his employer is aware of this behaviour.
Added. Just now my husband tried to go there and the door was locked. Its 8:00 on a Tuesday. He waited 20 mins while other people came and knocked and left before someone came and opened the door. Looks like we will be eating at Quiznos or Tripple Os instead on our Friday nights, I will be writing a letter to head office about...
Read moreI love Subway and I love coming to this location. Today, one of the employees intentionally overcharged me and thought she was gonna get away with it. This is absolutely not OK and I am very disappointed. I asked for the receipt because I knew that something was wrong with the total of my order. She then knew what she did and checked the receipt before she gave it to me because she did try to rip me off. Then tried to apologize, saying I’m so sorry I charged you an extra dollar even though it seemed like more than that. She did give me the $1.10 back out of her tips, which I think should’ve been out of the till. I honestly don’t care if I had an attitude or maybe I was a little rude. It gives your employees no reason to try to rip people off on purpose. Please be careful when you come to this location always get your receipt and tell them when they make a mistake.
