Worst restaurant with bad service.

It’s honest review so whoever reading it must decide before going. I kind of regular customer from last 6 years in surrey. Heard about this restaurant and all. Recently from last 6-7 orders I noticed their bhature not upto date. Bad quality (bakwaas in terms of eating). I ignored 2-3 times ask next time and girls put blame on me saying u picking order late and it’s get hard due to extra time I come. Leave it. Today i place another order and after 5 minutes of call order i pick it up from store. I thought it’s early hours 10 am that’s y it got ready fast. I reach my workplace 5 minutes and quality of bhature was tooo worst. Too hard which was too hard to break. Like seriously!! U can’t imagine it too. I was feeling craving for bhature since morning and this food ruined my entire day. I call and lady said manager will call u as u are our regular customer. Nooone call me till end not even single person call me to get refund. I call them by myself before closing and manager start by lying hey i call u several times u didn’t pick up!! Omg!!then she said “don’t dare to shop at our restaurant again! This is the way desi aunty talks for not saying as they provide bad quality product. She insist we have several orders and getting money so don’t come to us .

I feel bad and nicely disconnected call as talking this aunty hard for me!! She thinking me as international student and talking toooooooooo rudely…that’s too offended way. Not even talk about refund.

Changed my previous review from 5 stars to 2 stars. I’ve been a regular customer over the years and their food has always been good.

Their samosas always came in a hygienic box that you can carry with you and drive. This time they served it in a brown paper bag (photos attached for reference). When I asked they said they stopped giving boxes, which is understandable, not a lot of places have to-go boxes but at least they could have put it in another bag to weather seal the samosas. I’m glad my mom came with me she held the flimsy bag throughout our trip back home. It’s not a one person job to carry and drive with these.

The customer service is getting worse and the place isn’t kept clean either. This is a family owned restaurant and in effort to not affect their business to much I’m giving one extra star. Otherwise my experience today would have been a 1-star in the review.

I hope you fix the wrongs and give the same quality of service that you did throughout the years. I love the food here and I would want to continue coming to this place. I truly hope I write another review with 5 stars in...

I visited this place yesterday after hearing many recommendations about it being a great spot for sweets. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype. The ladies at the counter were quite rude and unhelpful. When I tried to ask questions about the sweets, they were hesitant to respond, whether in Hindi or English. It was frustrating, especially when I requested a tasting sample and received a dismissive reply stating that I needed to purchase first. It felt quite unwelcoming.

Additionally, I noticed that the Kachoris were placed on top of the table without any cover or protection, making them vulnerable to flies and insects. When I inquired about this, their response was that they had made them in the morning and that this is just how it is.

In my opinion, Agarwal Sweets offers a much better experience, particularly regarding service and customer care. I was disappointed and expected a more positive interaction. I hope they can improve in this area, as it could greatly enhance the overall experience...
