I recently had one of the worst experiences at this pizza store, and I feel compelled to share it. I placed an order over the phone for a small Shahi Paneer pizza, and I was extremely clear about the size—I repeated “small” three times to the lady taking my order. However, when I arrived at the store to pick it up, I was told the order was for a medium pizza. Despite the mistake, I decided not to argue and accepted the order, thinking the taste and quality would still make up for it. Unfortunately, things only got worse from there.
When I got home and opened the pizza, I realized it was completely undercooked. The crust was raw and floppy, and the toppings were barely melted. The slice was literally hanging off without any structure—it was inedible. Shocked and disappointed, I immediately returned to the store to address the issue. I spoke to two attendants at the counter who were not only unhelpful but downright rude. They insisted that the pizza was “well cooked” and refused to acknowledge the problem. I calmly asked for a refund, but they flat-out refused, showing no empathy or willingness to make things right.
The only person who showed any professionalism was a third food attendant—a woman wearing spectacles. She was courteous and understanding, and it’s unfortunate that her colleagues didn’t share the same attitude. Despite her politeness, the other staff overruled any attempt to resolve the issue fairly. I ended up leaving the pizza at the store, uneaten and refunded nothing. This was not just poor customer service—it was a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have been a regular customer of this location and have never complained before, even though this is the second time I’ve faced a serious issue with their pizza. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I will never return to this store again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Terrible service and extremely unprofessional staff. On Sept 1, 2025, we called to confirm a BOGO deal and were told to order 4 pizzas and only pay for 2. Instead, we were charged for 4 and received 8 pizzas ($80). When we called back, the staff avoided responsibility and later promised us a free XL pizza for the mistake. When we tried to redeem it, they denied it, were rude, and even told us not to call again. Today, the staff went as far as demanding we delete our review before they would give the pizza they had promised. This is dishonest, disrespectful, and shows zero accountability.
Mistakes can happen, but lying to customers, making false promises, and then trying to silence honest reviews shows a total lack of professionalism and integrity.
We don’t want any pizzas from your location anymore. Keep your pizzas with u only and from next time please teach your staff to deal with manners.
