PATHETIC Customer service!!! ARROGANT owners!!
Not at all recommended for dining.
Just visited the restaurant, after confirming table availability. The heating was not working when it snowed last night and outside temperature was at 3 degrees. They did not inform about the heating issue with the dining area on the call i made before visiting.
When we seated and complained for lack of heating, thats when we were told that the heating was not working. Though we were uncomfortable with cold, we decided to order thinking we could bear the chill for some time.
We waited calmly more than 30 minutes and no server was able to confirm when we will have ordered food on the table. Finally, I decided to express my frustration about lack of heating and delays on the order. To my surprise the owners had no regrets for the poor service and lack of heating in his restaurant. He instead assertively that the order here takes time.
This is unacceptable as a customer. First of all if you do not have bearable seating conditions , you should close dining and operate as take away only. Secondly, if as a owner you are choosing profits of customer experience, you should be apologetic and prompt in getting food on the table, so that the discomfort due to cold can be minimized. The restaurant owners on the other hand were RUDE and ARROGANT when i complained about the heating and delays in serving of the order.

The customer washroom was in a very poor and unhygienic condition. When we politely asked for it to be cleaned, the owner's response was surprisingly dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, he suggested that we put up a poster ourselves asking others to clean the washroom before using it — since, according to him, it "belongs to the customers."
This response made us feel completely unwelcome. More importantly, it raised serious concerns about the hygiene and food safety practices at this establishment. Food safety isn’t just about the ingredients — it’s directly reflected in the cleanliness of the premises, the sanitation of shared spaces, and the personnel hygiene. Read morePoorest service ever had in life. I ordered a dosa, first they brought a wrong item although I gave clear instructions that I don’t eat certain and then refuse to take the blame. Moreover I returned the dosa within a minute and they charged me by saying that once you ordered we can’t void it so you have to pay. I’ll never going back to them and will never recommend anyone. Spoiled the whole evening.
After the reply let me tell you the whole story, you made changes later on cash register, even I was ready to pay the amount and then after we had an argument, and other customer entered the store, you made another change in bill . An old guy behind the counter made a receipt of 43.08 including the dosa I ordered whereas I got ask twice that you’re paying for the dosa I didn’t even touch on the table. I never refuse to pay because we eat to enjoy not to save money those $15 can never help me to build a business or anything and I hope to you as well.
