We ordered a large quantity for two family events. For the first pickup, we had to wait over 30 minutes beyond the agreed upon pick up time. Asked the manager (Jas?) for them to be on time for our second pickup later that same day. He said yes of course, he’s on top of it, etc. But when it came time to pick up the second time around, this time they were 40 minutes late. Couldn’t be bothered to be on time. Didn’t apologize. Didn’t offer any discount for being late. Didn’t offer any extra throw ins on the house for our inconvenience. We’re not going back again. All our guests at our events wondered why the food was late, and we told them all that the service here was awful, and the manager clearly can’t...

Till yesterday, I was a regular customer but yesterday I bought veggie samosas and potato filling was hard. When I called them first they said potato filling suppose to be little hard ( I don’t think so), then next comment was it will not happen next time. After that she checked with the owner and said bring back we will check. I gave up the idea of driving all the way back but not happy with the product as well as customer service. We called them before hand to ask if they make fresh hot jalabi and they said yes we do. And when we picked them up they were cold. And then with samosas they just reheated them in the oil and they got dark brown and tasted like I was sipping oil. And when we called them to do something about it. They did nothing. They said we can’t make fresh jalabi. I rather stand there and wait for them to make it properly rather then getting something cold a pre made. Lastly this is possible the last time I go.
