The worst customer service. Been coming here since 2018, and the way I was treated by the staff was beyond horrible. I had ordered two pizzas off skip the dishes, and both had arrived BURNT. The veggies where burnt off the pizza's and they where charred. Keep in mind these where SMALL pizza's for my children, who refused to eat the pizza's because they where burnt. I had tried the pizza and it was indeed NOT edible. I had gone through skip to get a refund, but to no availability. I had called this same location to RETURN THE BURNT PIZZA'S for pizza's which where edible(in which I would come pick them up), but was met with sass and negativity. I will never return as a customer of 6 years. Thank you Newton Pizza, you have lost a loyal customer.

Food- pathetic partial difference in chicken and veggie pizza. Service- is awful as the cashier had changed thrice. One cashier asked me to pay for ranch. However another cashier walked in the meanwhile and asked me how much did i pay and how many. Ideally she should have known how much is ranch charged for. The cashier even said that they cannot print the bill for ranch and just gave me the payment receipt. Atmosphere- was not at all good because i was asked to step aside waiting because another customer had walked in. I was still in middle of the decision while communicating with cashier. All in all this is the centre specific review and not for all the locations. I wish there was a 0 rating review for this.

Almost Burnt pizza we have got. We had given order for takeaway. Totally worst service and chef doesn’t know how to cook and on what temperature pizza should be cooked. Ginger, Mushroom and other vegetables are added on paneer pizza, so that paneer quantity reduced.It is totally like people are learning there instead of serving best. There is no need to add extra ingredient and they should check what is the point to add ginger in a paneer pizza. It should be soft and cheesy, instead it is hard and burnt. We would never like to order anymore.

I've always enjoyed Newton Pizza but yesterday when I ordered the pizza and took a bite near the end of my meal I felt something dangling from my mouth. It was still stuck in the pizza so I pulled it out of the pizza. I was sitting in the dark watching TV as I ate so I couldn't see what it was however my imagination was running wild and my heart was pounding and fear was overcoming me. I turn on the light and walk into the washroom with my lips tightly closed so that the object wouldn't fall out and potentially go missing. It was a long dark black strand of hair! I gagged and then vomited. As much as I have enjoyed Newton pizza over the years now the very thought of their pizza makes me dry heave. I'm not sure if they use hair nets and it was a random one time thing or if they don't wear hair nets all together but I will never be able to order from them again. In fact I've made up my mind that I will make my own pizzas at home...

Clearly advertises on their menu a "Monday and Wed special for $10.99 LG pizza with three toppings. Pick up only". Called today to order their pizza special and they lady on the phone said that the special is only on "Monday and Tuesday and NOT Wednesday". I knew I wasn't wrong so I went in to order. The sign for the special is clearly up, but when I tried to order it the lady then told me "that is an old menu and we no longer have that special". I'm sorry, but if you are advertising a special on your menu shouldn't you be fulfilling that special? If you are no longer offering that special, that advertisement needs to be removed or else isn't that considered false advertisement? If you do not want to offer that special anymore, remove the advertisement and don't lie to your customer saying they are wrong and it's a special for Monday and Tuesday only. I don't mind paying more for my pizza, but as a consumer I do not like...

This pizza place is horrible. The quality of pizza is horrible and the service of the people working at the Newton location have zero customer service skills. We ordered 3 pizzas and all three were made wrong and when we called back to ask about why the pizzas were made wrong and what they could do for us, they hung up on us multiple times and we’re being rude. Upon calling again, they told us ‘don’t call back’ and we’re not providing us with their managers information or allowing us to speak to a person of higher authority. They told us to come into the back and make the pizza ourselves. This is the 2nd time we had a horrible experience with them. DO NOT VISIT NEWTON PIZZA on 128 location.
