I recently had a truly frustrating experience at Starbucks that left me extremely dissatisfied. I visited their drive-thru expecting a quick and convenient service, but instead, I ended up waiting for more than 45 minutes. This level of wait time is simply unacceptable.
Not only was the delay excessive, but the lack of communication from the Starbucks staff was disappointing. There were no updates or apologies provided, leaving me feeling neglected and unimportant as a customer. It's disheartening when a company fails to prioritize their customers' time and fails to keep them informed about delays.
Moreover, the extended wait impacted my schedule and caused unnecessary stress. I had chosen Starbucks for its reputation of quality service and efficiency, but this experience completely shattered my expectations. It's truly disheartening to witness such a decline in their service standards.
I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but a wait of over 45 minutes is unreasonable, especially in a drive-thru setting where convenience and efficiency are paramount. This experience has made me reconsider whether I want to continue patronizing Starbucks in the future.
I hope Starbucks takes customer feedback seriously and addresses this issue promptly. As a customer, I believe it is essential for businesses to respect and value their patrons' time. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with Starbucks fell far short of this expectation.

Read moreI am a regular a Starbucks I go to a different location during the week which is close to my work and this location only on weekends, Tje other location is just awesome but this location is terrible .. they never surprise me by getting my order right. They never look into the order properly. There is always the side order missing with the food. Their definition of extra hot is warm, there is no point in ordering on mobile app new they never have their order ready. So today was no different I got my order of coffee and when I held the cup it felt empty and when I checked it was 1/4 coffee and rest just steamed milk I mean if I wanted that size of coffee I wouldn’t be paying almost $6 dollars for it. I showed it to the guy on the drive through window and he said he will change it . When he brings the coffe again he forgot to put the toppings but I didn’t ask him To do that again. Then comes my Food and I forgot to check For the side I ordered and guess what when I reached home And checked there is no side of siracha in the food bag. Also I ordered on my app 10 Minutes ago and I had to wait another 7 minutes to get it. Terrible service .. I tried to call them to talk to a manager and no one answers...
Read moreI placed a mobile order for pickup, expecting a quick and smooth experience like usual. When I arrived, I asked a barista (a girl) about my drink, and she told me it would be ready in a minute. Fair enough. But then, she completely ignored me while my drink sat on the counter the entire time. I waited over 10 minutes, assuming it wasn’t ready since no one called my name. Finally, I asked another barista (a guy), and sure enough, my drink had been sitting there the whole time. He handed it to me immediately.
It’s frustrating to waste time just standing there when my order was clearly ready. The lack of attention and basic customer service was disappointing. If you’re working the pickup area, at least acknowledge customers and make sure they get their orders instead of making them wait unnecessarily....
