Just had a great experience at the South Point Starbucks drive-thru! The barista taking the order was very sweet and polite, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. Regan (apologies if I spelled her name wrong) prepared my favorite cappuccino ā and as always, it was absolutely perfect. Thank you, Regan! Iāll definitely be coming back again to enjoy your amazing coffee.

I called them half an hr before I got there and asked them if they had a specialty drink and they told me that they do, I confirmed the time they close and told them I couldnāt wait to try it and id be there soon. I drove 20 min there ordered my drink again telling them that Iāve been dying to try it! They took my payment and I waited for my drink.... a few min later they came to me and told me they couldnāt make it cause they didnāt have all the ingredients to make it and to order something else. I reminded them about my call with them 20 min prior to showing up and they confirmed that they have it and that I was coming! I got cut of by the barista saying āwell Iāll just refund your moneyā. Every time I go, it takes forever to get my order. Today, I waited over 15 minutes for a simple coffee and a snack, even though the line wasn't that long. The service was horrible; the staff seemed completely disorganized and rushed, probably because they're always short-staffed, as I can only guess. What made it even worse was the complete lack of any apology or acknowledgment from the baristas. They just handed over my items without a word, as if long waits are the norm. I've dealt with this multiple times now, and it's disappointing because I actually like Starbucks' products, but the poor execution ruins it every time.
