I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding both food safety and staff conduct at your branch.Despite clearly stating in my order that I am allergic to cucumbers, my food still contained them. This is extremely dangerous and shows negligence toward customer health. When I called to report the issue, the night shift staff member (a lady) was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting me, she said: “Who the hell are you? I will not provide my name. Do whatever you want to do, let’s see what you can do,” and then told me to hang up and call back tomorrow. Such words and tone are completely unacceptable from anyone representing your business. I know that lots of East Indians tend to have reddish eyes so I didn't really think anything of it. they asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes. I noticed the sandwich looked kind of off when they put it in but didn't say anything. It turns out they did the sandwich inside out. They then asked what ingredients I wanted on it. I told them its inside out and to do a new one. The employee said ok cut a new bun and put the chicken on it without even toasting the new bread. I asked him to toast it again. He said okay, but he's charging me for the first bread which he did inside out. I refused and left, went to Chicken World instead. Read moreOn February 1, 2025, I had a profoundly disappointing experience at the subway .The service was horrible , and the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. The individual serving me exhibited extreme rudeness and aggression. Despite my polite request to have my sandwich grilled, she refused to comply. She even said that her Manager not allowed to grilled the sandwich , which further escalated the situation. While the other two employees were courteous, my interaction with that girl ( I think she was supervisor)was particularly egregious. It appears that she lacked the necessary customer service skills and knowledge.
