Worst sushi I've ever had. Everything was deep fried and even the rolls were filled with tempura bread crumbs. So expensive considering you get a roll filled with breadcrumbs instead of fish. They claim this is how the think sushi is liked by "Canadian" people. I feel like charging $15 for a 6 piece sushi roll with minimal fish and bread crumb filler is unacceptable and criminal. Won't be coming back.

Always a good experience and great food. The sushi pizza was delicious. The boat was well made and very tasty. They have more than just sushi. The owner is the main server and makes an effort to make sure everyone is satisfied with their meal. We had complimentary miso soup and deep fried potato cakes. Their always go above and beyond

Excellent food! We got the 30 piece classic Maki platter to share. Service was quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable. I would say slightly expensive but honestly that's just normal these days. We will be back!

Edit: I've updated this review because the food quality here has drastically decreased, and the prices have increased. I used to go here frequently and now I go here never. There are far better places a short drive away that will be more budget friendly and way higher quality and care put in. I hope in the future I can change this review, but it's sad to say for now I will probably only go here once a year to see if they've improved.

I go here every time i'm down in Sussex. I recommend it to all my friends the food here is fantastic, Best sushi restaurant i've been to and I've tried a quite a few only one that tops it is one I tried in Ontario. Sometimes service can be slow but I can't even dock them on any stars because it's always worth the wait. If you think you don't like sushi at least try it once not all the sushi there has raw fish and sushi with fish is smoked so it's not even raw. Sushi from Sobey's or all you can eat buffets aren't sushi IMO and if that's all you have tried you should 100% give Sushi...

I advise you to place your order via phone and not dine in here. My experience is ordering (dine in ) and waiting for more than an hour to be served only a miso soup. People’s orders (both dine in and take out) will take some time at lest in my experience dinner time, where I witnessed a person who came in to dine in here and was told there was no more dine in, what I can testify is he ordered for pick up while I was still waiting for my order (past the hour already) this man was told to come back in an hour and he did, he got his order although he couldn’t dine in, and left happily lol before me, (while I am still here waiting to at least get the appetizer I ordered). No lie they got great seasoning and presentation on the food, the sushi is unbelievable so good! But the lack of personnel is just sad, one person can only do so much! Anyhow thank you so much to the amazing waitress, who is also the cashier, and...

Went here with my husband two days ago for lunch. The three stars are for the half of my meal that was really good, and the service was friendly. We ordered the spicy roll set, which was not bad for the price. The two stars I took off were because of the disappointing sashimi dinner. The menu reads that it comes with 20 pcs of sashimi, which it does, but there was little substance to the slices of fish and the quality wasn’t great. It seemed more like it had been shaved, so each of the 20 pcs was very small and thin. Definitely NOT worth the $28 price tag. Did not compare to sashimi I’ve had at other restaurants. Might go back for the sushi rolls, will not be back for...
