Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sussex

Lettuce had dead bugs in, so it was returned, I was offered another BLT, which was originally ordered. I asked if the lettuce was pre-washed, and the answer I got was, "No, it comes off the truck in prepacked bags, that apparently are prepared for us to serve immediately," I told the server I had no wish for another BLT (which by the way only has 3 slices of bacon on) and would like my money back. I went 100 yards down the road to Subway and asked them if their veggies were washed before putting them into the bread, which they confirmed that by law they have to wash any produce before it was consumed! BY LAW..... ANY PRODUCE HAD TO BE WASHED BEFORE BEING SERVED TO THE CONSUMER! Doesn't Tim Hortons know this?? Anyway, by the by, I purchased a BLT. The bread was fresh, the veggies including the lettuce was fresh and crunchy, and as an added bonus, there were 6 slices of bacon, ➕️ it was cheaper than Tim Hortons. The worker was extremely rude to us all tonight. She was raging at all of her co workers and complaining that someone let one of the other co workers off too early. Our orders were all completely messed up, but none of us wanted to take our food back because we didn't want our heads bit off like she was doing to her co workers. Go to the other Tim's by McDonalds in Sussex!! Way better food...
