Go and spend 120 bucks in this place, chicken basket dryer then the Nevada desert, burgers where terrible, poutine was cold even the sauce, chicken burgers where stringy, Lady couldn't even take the order right and when we realized and we told her that we asked for mayo not mustard she said sorry we don't have mayo, so what's it the chicken burgers then she went to her manager and said I was aggressive and swearing, I think she did not notice but my job requires that I have a Body cam on me at all times. I politely told her if there is no mayo please just refund that order completly as I have a bad allergic problem with mustard probably the only one that does, she left and never came back and that's when she said to he manager that I was aggressive. So sad that a human error like hers can cause her to lie, and everyone heard me say even my BC hears me saying mayo ketchup and cheese only. Anyways we tried there location, and sadly I have to report back with this bad news. However I will point out that the manager there was ready to do anything to try and make it right, heck I even gave him 5$ for mayo which he still tried to refuse but I left it there. So props to the manager however because of the food and experience we recommend no one visit this location. Ice cream is still good...

If I could give ni stars, I would. My family and I are a huge fan of DQ. We were travelling through Swift Current and stopped at our once favorite restaurant. We waited 16 minutes at the drive-thru for microwaved food. The burger had clearly been sitting awhile. Grease seeped through the entire wrapper and the ketchup and mustard were seeped into the buns, which made the buns soggy. And it was way too hot on one side to be freshly cooked. I know a microwaved item when I see see one. And the fries were hard and transparent. Obviously sitting in grease for far too long. We also ordered a chicken strip basket. The strips were pink in the middle and they gave us ranch dressing when we asked for sweet and sour. And they asked us twice what kind of sauce we wanted, and it even said sweet and sour on the receipt. By the time we found out what they tried to pass off as "eatable" food, we were already on the highway. Which was a huge disappointment, considering the children were hungry and looking forward to their favorite meal. Please check your entire order before you leave this location. Never going back! We've been good customers but they screwed up big time and put my order in as seperate items when I had ordered 3 meals deals for 7 each and my son didn't even get his pop. They refused to give me my proper change and missing pop until a manager could approve it. They would not put me in contact with a manager that night. By the time i got off the phone after arguing with the employee, just trying to get my son his pop that was supposed to come with his meal (they wouldnt even do that) my food was cold by that time, my icecream melted and everything was garbage. They owe me a refund and told me the manager would be in contact with me forst thing in the morning yet the manager has not been in contact whatsoever!!! And our food was all wasted because i spent half an hour on the phone trying to get my sons pop and my change from the mix up. They basically stole from me. 3 $7 meal deals and a box of dilly bars minus the pop that they owe us does not...
