Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Swift Current

Worst experienced! Do Not eat here it was so disappointing! We came in at 9:30 PM and asked the lady what time they will close and was told 11:00 so we ordered our family meal. The food was not served until 10:00 PM. at 10:15 the staff started mopping the floor which was ok for us until the staff mop under our chairs and the mop stinks very bad, we did't say anything. But until 10:25 they cranked up the music so loud that we could not even hear each other, we are all adults eating and talking in a respectful manner but the staff is not respectful enough. The pop machine was already been cleaned and closed down at half an hour prior to closing that the customers are not allowed to refill their drinks. Clearly they want us out of the restaurant. I spoke with the Supervisor her name is vanishka( or sounds like) and told her my concern she didn't care to apologized and telling me why we didn't say to lower the volume of the music I told her if thats the standard volume of the music during lunch hour? and she was saying more words than what i was telling her trying to make the point that it was our fault. Very unprofessional for a supervisor or what ever her rank there. To the owner of the restaurant, Please close the restaurant early if your staff wants to go home that they are trying to shove customers...

I would leave a -# review if I could! I got salmonella food poisoning from eating here last Wednesday. I’m still sick and it’s Saturday. I’ve been to the hospital and am home right now but still sick. I’ve had a fever and stomach issues since Wednesday night. I really wish I had come to the reviews before eating here. I normally love Popeyes, but apparently I’m not the only one that has noticed that the food at this location will make you sick. There’s many reviews where people have food poisoning and the management barely acknowledges that they are having these problems! I will not eat at this location again. You could kill somebody with salmonella! I hope your location is closed by health authorities after reading how often this has happened! I would hate to know how many people had this happen and didn’t leave...

If i could give them a -5, I would. I tried to get service at the counter and was told I had to wait as the manager at the counter was busy..... there were two other customers waiting at their tables aswell. Then when I thought it was my turn I again was told I had to wait a minute.... at this point I was getting very upset and eventually a different person came to the counter to serve me he asked what I would like, I asked for a 4 piece dinner with mild chicken and he asked the manager she ame back with they only had spicy and it would be 15 minutes wait. There was a pile of spicy and no mild. This is very poor management in my opinion. I walked out.... disgusted. I will never go back to this location in Swift Current and I suggest you consider...
