Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Swift Current

Excellent meal and service. Did online order and the food was ready when I needed it. It was okay! The pizza was okay the dough was a bit oily done. Staff was friendly but unenthusiastic. Amazing food, quickly prepared, very clean and very nice staff. Usually like pizza hut, but have never had good delivery from the swift current franchise. $50 for two pizzas and some wings. Toppings looked like an after thought. One piece had 3 green pepper on it the others had none. Very disappointed. Will wait till we are In a different city to do the hut again. So I ordered a pizza at 4:00and was told 25 to 35 min. Waited until 2:20 to call, first person answered and then put me on hold for over 10 min so I hung up and called again. Next person at least let me explain the problem and then said I could have a discount of 5 dollars off my 32.15 total. I told the lady if it wasnt free i wouldn't take it. So she told me that she would call the delivery person back, so no pizza for me. If anyone orders here you are wasting your money. It was quiet when we were there and we really enjoyed that. I quit taking my family here a while back. I decided to give it another shot about a week or two after their renovations. What a disasterous decision it turned out to be. We were one of two tables, both of which got pretty well ZERO service the entire two and a half hours we were there with our family, which consists of small hungry understandably impatient and frustrated young children. The atmosphere is nice, I'll give it that, but the chairs are atrocious. I can only compare them to hundred year old steel tractor seats. Not impressed at all, especially considering the wait time. With only two tables to look after where was our server? When our food finally arrived it was less than impressive and the kids wouldn't touch the salad because it had slabs of onion on it twice as thick as any steak I've ever seen. Pizza had less toppings than a frozen variety at the grocery store and was swimming in grease. I was forced to go into the kitchen to find our server so that we were able to finally pay and leave....without the discount applied to our bill for their supposed Grand Re-opening. We will not...

We had occasion to stop here for the lunch buffet three years ago. It was very good and we now make it a practice to stop for lunch whenever we are travelling between Moose Jaw, Winnipeg and Calgary (which we do quite frequently). On Oct 10, we stopped for lunch and it was excellent. The buffet was hot and fresh and pizza was coming out of the kitchen frequently, no waiting, and a wide variety of items.
