Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Sydney River

Went through the drive through and placed my order, they handed me my drinks and a blizzard that was dripping down the sides, so I handed it back for a new one and they told me to pull up and they’d bring it out to me. They brought me out my blizzard and it was the wrong flavour from what I asked for. I also didn’t receive my food so the employee went back inside and came out but there were things missing from my order, when I told him he went back inside and this young girl came out to ask what was going on. When I told her she became very short and had extreme attitude towards me. When I called her out for it by simply saying theres no need to be rude, my order has been messed up and there are things missing and my food is probably now cold all she said was “well were short staffed” and stormed away. Never again will I visit this location as it’s not the only time I’ve had wrong orders/missing things and rude employees. Majority of the staff at this place are bratty high school students with absolutely no interpersonal skills. Unreal for a fast food place that’s so...

there's not one thing i dislike about this dq, including the tiles they picked out for the floor, or even the soap dispenser in the men's washroom. lets be real, the buffalo strips are magical. I dunno why, but most DQs i've been to do not coat the strips with buffalo sauce. When you ask the employee to do so, they usually glitch or something and then stare vacantly at you for an uncomfortable amount of time. not here, though. This DQ coats the strips SO well (they even ask if you want them coated!) The chicken also tastes so much better than other DQs: it's tender, juicy and reliable. I was very disappointed. The food was apparently sitting under a heat lamp . Because we weren't sitting down right when they came with our order. Cold , fries were like rubber, and when I went to get something for the youngest boy , I wasn't at the table yet but the food was . Very disappointed. This is the first time I ever had an issue. The only staff there were east Indians. And they could not understand me and I couldn't understand them. I believe you need a supervisior there who we can understand and when we have complaints they can understand . Thank you...
