This used to be my favourite subway in town. Now, however, if you go in to order from the counter it's ridiculous because they place a far higher priority on online/doordash orders than they do to customers waiting in-store to order. I went in tonight with my son - we were 4th in line, and the people in front of us ordered a single item each... Yet it took a full 30 minutes to get our sandwiches. During that time they must've made at least 20 subs for online purchases. Even when we finally got to order, the people making our food were constantly waiting for the staff making online orders to be out of the way so that they could reach ingredients.
