Greco Pizza (Sydney River) — Restaurant in Sydney River

I put an order in for two-party pizzas at 6: 00pm. I asked if I could order two party pizzas. One with stuffed crust both garlic prem cheese. I was told the total would be $63.50 I said okay. Thank you. I . He said okay, pick up or delivery and I said delivery and he said, That's going to be $63.50. I get there an hour later and they don't even have my order so I'm wondering why buddy took my number and gave me a total and then when I showed up an hour later why did I have to go back because they didn't have my order? But then I called the store and the manager legit starts flipping on me saying I'm wrong and telling me I called the wrong store that I called Antigonish. I told her the options that I clicked and that buddy said Sydney River and I confirmed that it was Sydney River before ordering. So I don't know what buddy was doing but his job was not it. Tammy, the supervisor was nothing but rude. She then on the phone when I called after being formed that I CANT use 3103030 I need to call 5623030 I called (same number as when ordering) same please even sounded like the same voice. Needless to say, I'm not happy with this...

Oh boy, where to begin with this place..

First time I placed an online order, arrived ontime to pick it up, and was told it had not even been started. Supposedly, it was my fault for not calling the store and telling them they should check their system for it.

Second time, walked into a nearly empty store on a weeknight and was told to sit and wait 10-15 minutes for one sub. If you walk into Subway and there is no line you will have your sub in 2 minutes and they will make it in front of you in real time. If you cannot even compete with Subway that is just sad. This information was only shared with me after paying of course. When I opened the sandwich it was so water-logged and squishy from a TON of excess dressing, it was as if it had been left out in the rain.

The employees are polite, but that is as much can be said. This place is an absolute embarrassment. You can feel the sense of apathy from the staff as soon as you walk in - most likely the problem goes all the way up to bad ownership/management. Please go literally...

Absolutely awful experience. Have had their party pizzas a few times at events we attended and thought we would give it a try for dinner . We ordered a pep and cheese party pizza and it was awful. The pizza hardly had any cheese and just big pieces of pepperoni with little sauce. I called the store and the women was extremely rude and told me there was no way this could happen as the staff follows a chart and toppings are measured out for each pizza. I told her I have had their pizzas before and they were not like this. I offered to send photos and she said they didn’t have email and the only thing they could do was send someone back to pick up the pizza so they can look at it, remake it and have a new one delivered later this evening. I told her that was not a proper solution as we have kids to feed and can’t wait all evening for a new pizza. She told me that’s all they can do and once again staffs have topping measurements and it’s unlikely this pizza was any different from the rest. Will not...
