Pita Pit — Restaurant in Sydney River

I went in and even though I was the only person in there with 3 workers, I waited about 5 min before anyone even acknowledged me. I pressed 0% for tip because I'm tired of tipping and getting crap service. The charge seemed high though, $24 for a regular ceasar chicken pita and pop. I asked for the receipt, somehow I was charged $4 for tip. They then proceeded to try to make the smallest most pathetic pita i have ever seen, on the wrong bread. A dozen pieces of lettuce, 3 cucumber slices type thing. Rolled up it would have been the size of a hotdog. I had to ask them to please put more. The worker then looked at the grill and said 'chicken with no veggies' I said there should be mushrooms. They said ' there should be mushrooms?' i answered yes. He looked at the grill, shrugged, and still did not add mushrooms. Worse pita pit experience ever. Where i lived before I would go like once a week. I will never go to this pita pit ever again....

Ordered through Skip the Dishes and was delivered the wrong order. When I called the restaurant they offered to remake, but then Skip denied responsibility to redeliver, claiming they did their part. Doesn't matter who's blunder it was, the employees at Pita Pit were left to resolve the issue on their own, and the restaurant offered to have an employee deliver himself, even though they don't deliver normally. I got my food an hour and a half after the initial order and had to get a refund through Skip because they didn't deliver, and I regret thumbing down Pita Pit on Skip app, but Pita Pit owned up to it and kudos to the employees who were working the afternoon shift on...

Here's the thing. I'm giving a 4 star rating for food because it was good but 20 dollars for a pita, drink, and cookie is insanity. But the 1 star comes from the fact the employees are scammers. Why? Because they set the debit machine to always charge 20 percent. Despite the fact that the first time I went there I thought I chose 10%. It came out to 20%. I thought that was strange. The second time I went there I chose a 0% tip. But the amount I paid was 24 dollars. The employees didn't give my receipt because they knew what they just did. I asked for it and they gave it to me. Clear as day, it said I gave them a 20% tip. Don't go there!...
