Pizza Hut Sydney — Restaurant in Sydney River

PAY IN STORE if you have to eat here. Never give your cc info to anyone for any reason!!! Do not recommend paying online or their app. They said they didn't get my order at least an hour and a half after I placed my order. I could see the order on my end, and they could see it even though they said they didn't recieve it. The money came out of my account and was held for a week. Spoke to the manager twice on the phone, because the girl I spoke to could barely speak or understand english and wouldn't let me talk, kept talking over me and saying the exact same thing, was not letting me explain. The next guy, who said he owns and is manager of the place (he hung up on me first time, said he'd call me back because they were "busy" for paying customers right? Then never did when after he asked me for my credit card info over the phone so that he could "take his money back" whenever the hold dropped he offered me cash out of his pocket if I came into store right then in exchange for my credit card # and 3 digit code on back. He can barely speak or understand English, extremely rude, dismissive and a liar. Be careful with your credit card and debit card info on the app or their website. Tried to contact pizza hut corporate or some sort of head office for help, website only let's you leave "positive feedback". Can't even call anyone. Pretty sure their workers aren't supposed to be taking customers credit card info and writing it down so they can use it whenever they want. 8 days later I still have no refund and he won't take or...

Place was filthy. I was the very first person in at 11 am today. As he turned on the sign. I ordered two pizzas and leaned on a bar height table to wait. I squished an onion into my new sweater arm. I was annoyed. Then I looked around and noticed every table was dirty greasy and most had food on them. Then it dawned on me that I was the first person in there today. I know they are new. And still learning. I went to the restaurant. When I went there they were running around not really knowing what to do. Employee pull out his cell phone from his pocket when it was ringing. And took what seem like a private call while taking my order. And made me wait for a few minutes before completing my order.
