Burger King — Restaurant in Sydney River

Avoid this Burger King at all costs. If I could give it less than one star, I would. I have been spoken to rudely, I have had my order wrong countless times. I have had the cashier argue with me when they charged me two different prices for the same burger on the same order. I have been given dirty looks when trying have my order fixed because they made it wrong.

I have had nothing but bad experiences, and I avoided going there whenever possible. Just today I had them make an order incorrectly, they tried to stiff me on one of my drinks, and the drinks were all warm, and I mean warm, like they had been sitting out in the heat of the summer. The excuse was that their ice machine was broken, I can understand that, but there was no signage indicating this, and I have worked at a fast food restaurant, the beverages don't come out of the machine warm, the ice is not for cooling down the drink, it's to keep it cold.

I say this again, avoid at all costs, it's not worth your time, there is a McDonald's and a KFC/Taco Bell very near by, and they are both by far the better option, yes, you heard that right, I'm saying the Sydney River Taco Bell is a better option than this Burger King, which...

went inside to order there was two people waiting on orders and 1 person ahead of me to order . Got up to the counter and the young girl waiting on me couldn't stop wiping at her nose and handling the debit machine as well as the bags for the orders , burgers , fries and drinks . Service was very very very slow. By the time i got our order 9 others were waiting. Received our order crispy chicken meal and spicy crispy chicken meal . The spicy was actually very crispy indeed . Half the chicken was dry as can be and hard. The regular crispy chicken was not bad except for a stale bun . I would have to say this burger king gets a very low grade. The renovations inside are going to do nothing to correct the problems so i think they better fix other things fast. Hand washing is a must ! Wiping your nose while handling peoples food is something you must...

Friendly, helpful staff, but this location prices up some things that other locations don't. For some reason ordering a cherry coke specifically is a 10 cent upcharge and substituting mozza sticks instead of fries is an extra 1.70, the welton street location doesn't do that. The menu displays are falling to disrepair, half the menu is turned off much if the time, 2 of the monitors either have a bad cable or some sort of electrical failure making the screen tint purple on one and yellow on the other when they're on. Seats in one corner of the building have had their upholstery ripped off by locals who think they're funny. Needs maintenance.
