I’ve been going to this location since they opened 10ish years ago, the service use to be so friendly and personable but the last 3 months my drink has been inconsistent and customer service has gone down hill. I guess they ran out of grande cups and gave me a larger off brand cup but with the equivalent amount of pumps of mocha sauce and espresso as a grande and topped it up with ALOT of milk. I asked if it was the same oz as a grande and the bald guy and girl in the DT said yes , even though the cup says 24oz(pictured) … a grande is 16oz. I asked if I could buy some more pumps of sauce and He said he wasn’t able to sell me it on the side and gave me attitude when I asked for more ,As I drove away he said JEEEZZ, plus there’s grinds at the bottom. Two days prior , my same drink(pictured) , missing some before I tried it and tasted sour.. I drove back to get it re made. Lastly , I stopped going inside because when I did a few months ago , my drink was incorrect and the 2 ladies were rude when I pointed it out and then started talking in a different language and became sarcastic with their “thank youuuuuu, byeeeeee” . My drink does not have any crazy Amount of modifications.
The inside when I use to go in was always clean , bathrooms were always spotless, the owner was always on the floor interacting and helping out.
I believe if you’re going to complain then you can either apply for a job there ,change locations or stop going .. I’ll be shaking my own...

I have bought the same drink about 3 times before this happened so I know how it’s supposed to taste. The caffe mocha is supposed to taste like coffee and chocolate however the coffee was so weak it tasted like a hot chocolate the last time I bought it yesterday. I have bought it before as I said so I know how it is supposed to taste and so we brought it back. Starbucks is supposed to let you keep the drink if they mess up. They kind of blamed us. Dumped it down the sink and made the exact same thing it was just as bad we gave up after that. The visit before I waited 10 minutes for a cranberry bliss bar and didn’t want to bother them so my boyfriend had to ask what happened to it. Really bad service and last night there was no line and no line in the drive through either so there was no excuse for that coffee mistake.
